Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is super close to the Taj Mahal, within walking distance, making it ideal for a visit to the monument. While the rooms were clean and spacious, the lack of views and occasional noise disturbances from both the corridor and ceiling pipes could be improved. The dining options were pretty good despite a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere. The service was courteous but borderline overwhelming, offering services we didn't necessarily need. However, the location's convenience for visiting the Taj Mahal overshadows minor drawbacks.
The hotel is ideally located, just 600 meters from the Taj Mahal, offering breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff endeavors to accommodate customized requests. However, there were issues with the air freshener emitting an unpleasant smell. The breakfast service was subpar with cold dishes during peak hours.
The hotel's location is excellent for visiting the Taj Mahal and the Red Fortress, but it can be loud and busy. The rooms need improvement, especially with the damp smell and lack of natural light, but its proximity to key historical sites is a bonus. The service was mediocre, with some attempts to upsell services. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of Indian dishes but with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were awesome, very clean, and the rooftop restaurant offered amazing food with a view of the Taj Mahal. The staff provided excellent service. However, there were some noise issues from the kitchen late at night, and a hairdryer had to be requested separately.
